DOF Subsea is currently seeking an individual for the onshore position of Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining efficient and cost- effective logistics operations. This role requires excellent communications skills, a strong understanding of global trade laws, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners.
The Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, minimizing delays, and reducing costs. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shipping documents, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery. The successful candidate will also be responsible for resolving any issues that arise during the shipping process, maintaining accurate records, and staying up-to-date with changes in trade regulations.
