DOF Group ASA ("DOF") is pleased to announce a Substantial contract award for subsea mooring installation services in the APAC Region. The contract will utilise Skandi Hercules with related moorings and installation subsea services. The scope of work includes DOF's in-house project management and engineering, procurement and logistics support services.
Offshore execution in West Australian waters is scheduled in Q3 2025 with the vessel engaged on the project for approximately 2 months.

Reference is made to the summons letter dated 25 June 2019 regarding the Company’s three senior unsecured bond issues with ISIN NO 001 0670144 (“DOFSUB07”) 0.7037 and 90.68% of the votes in DOFSUB07 DOFSUB08 and DOFSUB09 respectively. Approval of the proposal set out in the summons required 2/3 majority in all three bonds and the proposal was consequently approved.
