DOF Group ASA ("DOF") is pleased to announce a Substantial contract award for subsea mooring installation services in the APAC Region. The contract will utilise Skandi Hercules with related moorings and installation subsea services. The scope of work includes DOF's in-house project management and engineering, procurement and logistics support services.

Offshore execution in West Australian waters is scheduled in Q3 2025 with the vessel engaged on the project for approximately 2 months.

Mons Aase, CEO DOF Group ASA, said: "The award secures substantial backlog for the APAC region in the second half of 2025, and we look forward to delivering a safe and successful project."

DOF defines a Substantial contract as a contract with value between USD 25 million and 50 million.

DOF Group ASA (the “Company”) has been informed that Kristin H. Holth, member of the board of directors, has purchased 2,500 shares in the Company through her related party Kricon AS as further specified in the attached notification form. Following the transaction, Kristin H. Holth holds 2,500 shares in the Company.

DOF Group ASA (the "Company") has been informed that Adrian Geelmuyden, member of the board of directors, has purchased 6,000 shares in the Company as further specified in the attached notification form. Following the transaction, Adrian Geelmuyden holds 16,000 shares in the Company.

31 March 2025: DOF Group ASA (“DOF”) has mandated DNB Markets and Pareto Securities as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, and Clarksons Securities and Danske Bank as Joint Bookrunners, to arrange a series of investor meetings commencing Monday 31 March 2025.

A new USD denominated 5-year senior unsecured bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue shall be applied to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

On June 3, 2023, the Brazilian Federal Government published Law No. 14,611/2023, which established that any company with more than 100 employees would have to publish, every six months, starting in 2024, reports that demonstrate how the remuneration of men and women is composed percentages. This legislation aims to map the remuneration paid to men and women and especially the differences in salaries by gender, considering those employees who occupy the same position and perform the same function.

It is important to highlight that the information that makes up this report was taken by the Brazilian Federal Government itself from the E-social platform, and there is, therefore, no interference from companies in the preparation of these reports. The information presented is in percentages and there is no identification of employees or remuneration, in observance of the confidentiality of this type of information.

Thus, in compliance with the legislation and in compliance with the principle of transparency, DOF Subsea Brasil and Norskan are disclosing their respective reports.

Em 03 de junho de 2023, o Governo Federal publicou a Lei nº 14.611/2023, a qual estabeleceu que toda e qualquer empresa com mais de 100 funcionários teria que publicar, semestralmente, a partir do ano de 2024, relatórios que demonstrassem como estão compostos percentualmente as remunerações de homens e mulheres. A referida legislação tem por objetivo mapear as remunerações pagas a homens e mulheres e principalmente as diferenças de salários por gênero, considerando aqueles empregados que ocupam o mesmo cargo e exercem a mesma função.

É importante destacar que as informações que compõem esse relatório foram retiradas pelo próprio Governo Federal da plataforma do E-social, não havendo, portanto, qualquer interferência das empresas na elaboração destes relatórios. As informações apresentadas são em percentuais e, não há identificação de funcionários ou remunerações, em observância a confidencialidade deste tipo de informação.

Dessa forma, em atendimento a legislação e em observância ao princípio de transparência, a DOF Subsea Brasil e a Norskan estão divulgando seus respectivos relatórios.

Geveran Trading Co. Ltd ("Geveran") has today, 21 March 2025, acquired 325,000 shares in DOF Group ASA (the "Company"). Following the acquisition, Geveran owns 24,631,335 shares in the Company which represents a total of 10.0014 % of the Company's issued shares and voting rights (based on 246,278,655 shares issued by the Company).
