DOF Group ASA ("DOF") is pleased to announce a Substantial contract award for subsea mooring installation services in the APAC Region. The contract will utilise Skandi Hercules with related moorings and installation subsea services. The scope of work includes DOF's in-house project management and engineering, procurement and logistics support services.
Offshore execution in West Australian waters is scheduled in Q3 2025 with the vessel engaged on the project for approximately 2 months.

DOF defines a Substantial contract as a contract with value between USD 25 million and 50 million.

DOF Subsea is pleased to announce that Mr. Steinar Riise has been appointed as CCO for DOF Subsea effective November 1st and have key relationships with DOF Subsea's internal and external stakeholders globally. Mr. Riise holds a master's degree from the University of Stavanger and has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry of which the last 15 years in senior management roles. He has held senior management roles such as Project Director Commercial Director and Engineering Manager in Subsea 7 Norway. Prior to joining DOF Subsea Mr. Riise has been engaged with setting up and leading Ocean Installer delivering full EPCI services for the SURF market through its establishment in Stavanger Aberdeen Houston Dubai Perth and Rio de Janeiro. DOF Subsea has been awarded several contracts securing utilisation of personnel and vessels in the Subsea IMR Projects segment. Petrobras has awarded DOF Subsea Brasil a contract for utilization of the Brazilian built OSV vessel Skandi Salvador. The 650 days firm contract (plus 650 days extension by mutual agreement) will commence in July. Skandi Salvador is currently working for Shell Brasil. TechnipFMC and DOF Subsea (DOF) announce that the Skandi Recife 500 tons underdeck carousel and two work-class ROVs allowing her to lay flexible pipes in water depths up to 2 500 meters. She was built by Vard Promar Brazilian yard where her sister ship Skandi Olinda is currently under construction with a high rate of Brazilian national content. Under the TechnipFMC/DOF joint venture agreement TechnipFMC will manage flexible pipelay and DOF will be responsible for marine operations. DOF Subsea CEO Mons S.
