DOF Group ASA ("DOF") is pleased to announce a Substantial contract award for subsea mooring installation services in the APAC Region. The contract will utilise Skandi Hercules with related moorings and installation subsea services. The scope of work includes DOF's in-house project management and engineering, procurement and logistics support services.
Offshore execution in West Australian waters is scheduled in Q3 2025 with the vessel engaged on the project for approximately 2 months.

DOF Subsea Group has secured two contracts in Brazil. The first contract has been awarded by Sapura Energy do Brasil in Northeast of Brazil for final Client CELSE (Centrais Elétricas de Sergipe S.A.). Skandi Seven will be utilised for this project and will perform a Riser and Umbilical installation for a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) for natural gas supply to Celse’s power plant. The project is 20 days firm and 4 x 5 days options commencing last week of May. DOF Subsea has recently secured several new contracts for project scopes to be carried out over the next few months in the North Sea. The contracts Geosund and Skandi Hera. In addition the company has also recently been awarded three new North Sea frame agreements for IRM and Survey work. The accumulated revenue from these contract awards are estimated to be around 80 million NOK and secures utilisation of approximately 100 vessel days. DOF announce that it has been awarded contracts for three ROV Support Vessels (RSV) with Petroleo Brasileiro S.A.(Petrobras). All contracts have a firm duration of three years and can be extended for another two years. DOF Subsea (DOF) and TechnipFMC announce that the Skandi Olinda and two work-class ROVs** allowing her to lay flexible pipes in water depths up to 2 500 meters. She was built by Vard Promar Brazilian yard where her sister ship Skandi Recife was also constructed. Under the DOF/TechnipFMC joint venture agreement TechnipFMC will manage flexible pipelay and DOF will be responsible for marine operations. DOF Subsea CEO Mons S. The DOF Group is pleased to announce a new contract award for its fleet in Brazil for Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. ("Petrobras"). The AHTS18000 Skandi Rio will support Petrobras' exploration and production activities on the Brazilian continental shelf. The vessel is owned and operated by Norskan Offshore Ltda. while DOF Subsea Brasil Servicios Ltda. will be responsible for the ROV operations. Both companies are 100% owned subsidiaries of DOF ASA.
The contract duration is for 3+1-year with expected commencement in December/January. Skandi Rio is a Brazilian built and flagged AHTS vessel equipped with Work Class ROV's for operations down to 3.000m water depth.
